White Paper Conclusion

Brownstein’s Deli and Bakery would benefit form a website. Such a site would allow the shop to enter the 21st century, putting it at the same level as it’s competitors and counterparts. By using tactics such as interactive menus, youtube videos and contact and location information, the bakery could reach customers as never before. It also would allow for easier ordering for the large number of orders that come for parties, weddings, bar mitzvahs, schools and other events.Additionally, by adding a bit of embellishment to the store’s history, it could grab the attention of people who otherwise would not be.

The question facing you and the hypothetical CEO is not whether or not to create the website, but to what extent. Certainly, not all my ideas are “required’ for success, but to create a website is a case where Brownstein’s has nothing to lose- but plenty of things to gain!
